short staffed; we couldn't get in our room one afternoon & it took almost an hour for them to fix the key pad; no maintenance-the host had to fix the problem; the room was really small & hard to get around in-we turned luggage table on side because it made entrance to the room too small & my sister hit her leg on the table; breakfast not stocked the last day of our stay; not right size containers for the oatmeal & was unsafe for adding hot water; the hostess was asleep behind the counter when we were ready to check out

It had bought from another hotel chain and the facility needs to be rehabbed. Visible signs of wear. I would not stay again at this facility. It was not what it was focused as.

The staff was extremely friendly and accompanying. I would definitely recommend staying here. The rooms looks exactly like pictures. Very clean and comfortable.

The room smelled of wet dog. The laundry room was dirty, the machines were dirty. Machine was not working right, had to wash clothes 2x. $6.50 a load is unreasonable for such a poor quality washer. The front desk ran out of quarters and had to call the hotel next store. Sure I got my quarters but still an inconvenience. The coffee was cold in the morning, the eggs were cold and the home fries undercooked. Will never return to this hotel.

We had a reservation (paid) showed up at 12:30 am to check in after a long drive and nobody opened the door / lobby. Waited for an hour before going to another hotel. Awful service / not a reliable hotel. Let's see how long it takes to receive reimbursement

We were surprised with the quality of the hotel with the price per night. Clean, our room was HUGE, and front desk was very friendly. The only complaint which isnt a huge issue is the breakfast was from 730-9 but half the brealfast wasnt out until 830, and they were out of a lot of things. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

One wash rag in the bathroom and it was used. Heat didn't work. Tried four times to get it to start, even unplugged the wall unit to reset. No luck. Bed was made wrong with the top sheet over the comforter. Bottom sheet looked slept on. Bathroom floor dirty.

Good price, good location, good staff.
Great price compared to other hotels. Very clean, easy check in and check out. Frances (evening manager) is excellent as is the morning manager… didn’t get his name, but he also managed the breakfast. Coffee was flavorless, but it was liquid and hot! Might change your brand. Eggs, sausage, milk, juices, cereals, instant oatmeal, yogurt, bakery items made up a good breakfast. Room was big, with two queens. Would like a small shelf in shower to place soap, shampoo, razor, etc. and what hotel in this universe doesn’t have a toilet paper holder?? Oh… this one! No big deal. I’m not sure why staff knocked on our door before 9am to see if they could be of help with anything. I didn’t call the desk. Again, a knock on the door at 9:30am. Why? We’re getting ready for the day and will be out well before the 11am checkout time.

Sleeping under the comforter and NOT a sheet was creepy. Who’d slept under it yesterday? Ugh. That flat sheet above me is necessary to feel the bed is clean. Don’t try to save $ this way. Bad form. Also, the water was lukewarm. Not a fun shower. However, the evening shift worker was exceptional.

There were only 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 face cloth and the towels were poor quality, there was no top sheet on the bed, rugs were dirty, no Kleenex box, the soap holder in the tub was rusty, shower faucet was loose, someone was playing loud music below us at 2:00 am. We do not recommend this hotel!

Oder in room.
It was my first room in awhile and when we entered the room the air was off and the room smelled musty. We put on the fan went to dinner came back and it seemed better When I put my head on the pillows there was a strong Oder of detergent. Couldn’t get the smell out of my head. Finally turned the head to the toe and put myself by the air. I could sleep that way.

Hotel un peu vétuste. L'accueil à la réception est rapide et efficace. Dans la chambre il manquait de papier hygiénique et la literie nous apparaissait incomplète. Au petit déjeuner, à 6h45 am, il n’y avait plus d’oeufs, plus de saucisse, plus de pommes de terre et plus de pain! Et personne n’est sorti de la cuisine pour faire un suivi et réapprovisionner. Alors, même si le personnel de la réception en soirée était particulièrement agréable, on n’y reviendra pas.\

Great place!
This was a great hotel stay, other than a couple of things. There was a tear in our bedding, which they are going to exchange for a new one. Our tv was unlike most of their tv’s and hard to find what we wanted. The coffee was too strong for our liking, but the rest of the breakfast was very good! I’d go back again sometime.
