It was a clean room and the front desk was very helpful. The room needs some updates , the shower was old. It was good enough for a stop in for a night.

Amazing stay was just there for a night but the rooms were clean and comfortable but the all the staff including the cleaning crew were outstanding and very nice. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The staff was very nice and very accommodating. The property didn't feel safe because of the people living in the back part in the smoking area. I had a very small poodle which I was happy to pay for but they had a pitbull. I felt very unsafe

The facility was fine. For a single women I didn't feel safe in that area. Men gawking at me was very uncomfortable.

They are in the middle of renos, so bathroom not done yet. New bed was comfy and new fridge, furniture, A/C. If you have kids, heads up there was a socket A/C pkugged into that didnt have a cover yet. Wall lamps still old ones.

Don’t stay here
Dirtiest Quality Inn I’ve ever seen. Tub/shower caked with soap scum. Room smelled terrible. Litter and cigarette butts all over outside.

Room was supposed to be a non-smoking king bed. I was traveling solo and just needed a bed to sleep as this was a last minute stay. Bathroom wreaked of cigarette smoke and there was cigarette butts in the toilet. The toilet barely flushed. The shower was sketchy so I didn’t take one. The place is definitely in need of some serious renovations. The hand railings going upstairs were rusted out and barely held in place. The usual humid musty smell was there too. The lady at the desk was nice though. She was kind enough to let me borrow her wall outlet plug to charge my phone overnight.

Convenient location and clean
Fine hotel just off 95N… lots of cheap(er) gas nearby along with good food options. The hotel are a bit run down but clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The hot tub was cold but the breakfast coffee was nice and hot.

I chose this hotel based on the reviews. It was a quick transient stay as we were passing through. This room was not in any condition to be occupied. Light switch did not work upon entering. Looked like there were blood stains in the carpet near the sink. The drain in the sink was a slow drain The toilet barely flushed. We did not even bother with a shower as the mold was disgusting. Stain on the sheets. We arrived too late to complain and ask for another room. Did not have any hopes another room would be different. Rate should have been $49 vs. $150. This was no better than a motel 8. I was not looking for anything special - just a clean room. Everything was disgusting.

Television in the room was not in working order. Staff tried to fix the problem and when she couldn't, she promised us a discount upon check out. But they were unable to give us a discount. Said Expedia would have to authorize it since we reserved through Expedia. Our date of stay was Friday, March 11 through Sat. March 12. Phone in room also did not work so we had to walk to Main lobby in the rain to tell them about TV.

Spend a little more and get a lot more elsewhere.
Let me start with saying Run!!! This is the type of hotel I would expect in the $50-80 per night range. By far no the worst hotel I've stayed in but is very close to it, for the price this is the worst I've been in for $185 with taxes. The room was warm when we came in. The front door had lots of room around it which let a lot of light in and if it was storming rain or roaches could easily crawl under or around. The mini-fridge had not been cleaned at all, there was old flavored beer spilled in it. The beds/pillows had hair on them. The carpets were not very clean. The towels had hair on 3/4 of them. The toilet had not been thoroughly cleaned in months. The shower was not clean either, not very hot water either. Drains all flowed very, very slowly. AC was less than effective, it was not overly hot, but it was a mild day we were staying and AC barely kept up. Don't believe the pictures, the outside has been repainted but its still the same old place. Rusted stair rails that look like a good push would break them and no elevators. I'm being picky but I don't think the room was cleaned with any degree of care. I know I'm not staying at Hilton, Hamilton, or Holiday Inn but I would expect a little bit more at this price point. Bed was also off-center which made getting to the outlets very hard. No nightstand outlets either. Cable TV was exceptionally slow to load channels, nothing worth watching either.

The room was in awful condition. Broken pipes in bathroom and a hole in the bathroom wall, holes in the sheets on the bed, the room smelt bad, definitely needs upgraded, could have been cleaner.

I was very happy with my room I brilliant I got up to use the washroom just after midnight. That’s when I discovered the cockroaches!!! I killed at least 10 of them before I decided I’d had enough and packed up to leave. I tried to make myself a coffee to go but the coffee machine didn’t work. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic and said I would not be charged for the room. They were fully booked so she couldn’t offer me another room. Thankfully there was a pot of coffee already made so I could take one to keep me awake as I resumed my journey at 1:30 AM.
