Bed was comfortable and there was instructions for everything. I did find it a bit confusing upon booking the site stated "all fees included" when it did not include the cleaning fee and tax - that may be a VRBO issue not necessarily this host but you've already commited prior to knowing all fees."

"Although the property is listed as pet friendly, there is no place for a dog to relieve itself on the property. This rental was generally clean, as far as floors, bathrooms, linens, etc. But I noticed the entryway and front door need scrubbing and a fresh coat of paint would improve things. This rental needs some TLC, for example there is an over-the-sink lightbulb in the kitchen but there's NO FIXTURE. Bathroom towels are provided (in a cupboard over a washer and dryer in an alcove), but it took me a bit to find the two washcloths, which were in a kitchen drawer. I was only able to identify them as washcloths because I used to have the same pattern, as they didn't match either of the mismatched bathroom towels. Although there is a lovely hiking trail directly behind this multiplex of condos, there was no way to access the trail from this condo. The property manager is helpful and responsive, and the general location of the unit was adequately convenient."
