"Close to everything and the ferry - lovely balcony water views"

"My wife and I treated ourselves on Kangaroo Island by staying at the Villa's on the Bay at Kingscote. We had four night's in villa (5) and everything was perfect. The location of the villas is handy to the shops, hotels and eateries etc. Our villa had it's own full kitchen and laundry with everything in good working order, a garage for the car and an outside area to relax in. "our room was nice and roomy. excellent bed and the room was well appointed with mini kitchen, charging pads for phones and huge TV. The view of the ocean was wonderful. It is in a remote area so we had long drives to go see activities. Food at the hotel was limited and the breakfast was expensive for what was available and was not great!.They encourage not getting the room serviced but did not say what to do with the rubbish that built up over 4 days."

"We stayed there for one night to catch the morning ferry. The property we originally booked is located at Baudin

which is 10 minutes drive to the ferry. Luckily, we got upgraded to another property in Penneshaw which is only 2 minutes drive to the ferry. This property is much bigger and a lot nicer. We love the smart TV that allows us to logon to our Netflix account. The kitchen has everything we need for cooking our breakfast. Very happy with the stay."

"So happy we decided to stay here. We travelled from Canada and with our Australian friends found this a beautiful location minutes from the ferry terminal and easily accessible.
