"The pool was closed breakfast was not included I traveled with my kids and still couldn't enjoy it without them trying to sit next to me at the bar because they was bored so in that sense we stayed in the room. At least the TV was big enough not too mention the beds was too small for all six of us I don't understand why I ended up having only one room reserved for six of us when I clearly remember reserving two rooms I spent too much money for my trip"

"The building is big and they have enough space in the parking lots. Staff were nice, respectful and supportive. Room was nice too, very quiet environment that made easy to rest, also room was clean and organized. Really good experience.. Thanks"

"We stayed for three nights. The price was reasonable. The king bed was comfortable. The room had a couch, dresser, desk, microwave , small refrigerator and coffee maker. The bathroom was well lit, clean, and had a shower bar holder which I felt more comfortable with and a very nice vanity. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of food which was tasty. The coffee was excellent. They also have a variety of Bigalow Teas for your choice. The staff was welcoming and couldn't do enough for you to make our stay perfect. I recommend this hotel."

"Long wait to check in. Wallpaper in room taped in place .Electrical outlet in bathroom did not work. "

"The hotel is very clean, in fact to the extreme. All I could smell were strong cleaning chemicals in the lobby and in the room. It caused an asthmatic reaction in me and headaches in my companion. I covered the pillows with my own pillow cases that I always bring, but the smell all over was unbearable to my lungs. Chemicals used in the cleaning/laundry are very harsh. I could not stay here again. The Roku also wasn’t working correctly, but that wasn’t worth contacting the front desk. Breakfast in the lobby was a bonus. I did also really appreciate the code instead of a key for the entry into the room. The chemical smell was my only issue. Otherwise nice place."

"I have stayed at the Hyatt multiple times and this stay was a disappointment. In my room, the bathroom sink drained incredibly slowly. My TV only received a signal from one station. On the morning of my departure, housekeeping arrived before 9 am, knocked once and without waiting opened the door. Since checkout is 11 am I was surprised that housekeeping would let themselves in so early. I also never received a receipt for my stay. At the bar service was so slow I had to flag down a staff person twice to get a drink. A disappointing stay!"
