Said she would call us back while we found something to eat as his phone went to voicemail!!!!! We then get a call to say yes they have made a room up! I then asked if they were aware we had a full English breakfast the next morning… again no they didn’t!! Room was stained carpet and I did not dare to look under sheets of bed for fear I wouldn’t sleep!! I’m appalled by the service here and quite honestly feel a refund is due!!!
