Upstairs, the dual aspect master bedroom hosts a double bed with views across the saltmarsh to the sea beyond. Bedroom two offers twin beds, with bunk beds provided by bedroom three. A fourth bedroom hosts a single bed with comfortable full-sized trundle bed. A good-sized family bathroom offering bath with shower over serves these bedrooms, with an additional contemporary shower room featuring walk-in rainfall shower located on the ground floor.
Outside, an impressive lawned garden enjoys uninterrupted views across the saltmarsh, and also features direct access to the coastal path. Being fully enclosed, this is a great space for supervised dogs and children to play safely. When the sun is shining, the barbecue beckons for al fresco dining around the outdoor table.
