This home is super comfortable and private plus conveniently located close to beaches, recreation areas, shops, restaurants, and ski areas. Walking distance to downtown and Kings Beach State Park/Beach.

The floor and middle level beds are full sized, and the top bed is queen sized because it is tucked into an alcove and is accessible by a ladder at the end of the beds. There is also a television that's connected to a DVD/VCR player in this room.

House also has a unitized washer/dryer and a newer 40 gallon water heater. Close to shops and restaurants, 7 miles to Northstar, on bus line.
