The Space:

Welcome to your modern Kings Beach retreat. The home’s open-plan living area, filled with natural light, features a modern cabin aesthetic with a mix of natural wood-paneled walls and stylish, comfortable furniture. Large glass doors open from the main living room onto an expansive furnished deck, seamlessly blending the indoors with the stunning scenery. The fully renovated kitchen and dining area are perfect for sharing meals, while two gas fireplaces create a cozy ambiance for crisp Tahoe nights. The home’s smart layout includes one bedroom on the lower level, with two additional bedrooms upstairs. The primary bedroom features a dedicated workstation, perfect for remote work with an inspiring view. Two full bathrooms upstairs and half bath downstairs

Guest Access:

Guests will have full and private access to the entire home during their stay, including all indoor and outdoor spaces such as the decks and private hot tub. Check-in is seamless with a secure door code provided just before your arrival. Driveway parking is available for up to 2-3 vehicles based on size. We strongly recommend 4 wheel drive and all wheel drive during winter months.

Sits in one of Kings Beach’s most sought-after hillside neighborhoods, known for its peaceful forest setting and incredible Lake Tahoe views. Guests enjoy the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience—tucked above town for privacy, yet only a few minutes from Kings Beach State Recreation Area, local cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and gear shops. The area is walkable and bike-friendly in warmer months, with quick access to sandy beaches, paddle board rentals, and lakeside dining. In winter, you're centrally located between Northstar, Palisades Tahoe, and Mount Rose, making it an ideal basecamp for ski trips. This neighborhood has a true Tahoe local vibe—quiet, scenic, and safe—while still being close to everything that makes Kings Beach one of the most vibrant and welcoming communities on the North Shore.



Getting Around:

Getting around is simple and convenient. The home offers 3 driveway parking spots, making it easy for groups traveling with multiple vehicles. Most essentials—Kings Beach dining, shopping, the state beach, and lake access—are just a few minutes away by car. In summer, guests can bike or take a short drive down to the lake, local cafés, and rental shops. In winter, Northstar is the closest major resort, typically a quick 10–15 minute drive, with Palisades Tahoe and Mount Rose also within an easy distance. While the neighborhood is peaceful and elevated for great views, roads can be steep in snowy conditions. A 4WD/AWD vehicle and winter tires are strongly recommended during winter months. Ride shares (Uber/Lyft) are available but can be limited during peak seasons, so guests generally find it easiest to explore the area by car.
