Comfy Condo Close to NorthStar and Lake “The Happy Haven” "Happy Haven" • MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 6 Persons TOTAL INCLUDING CHILDREN • PET POLICY: No Pets Permitted per HOA • NO A/C: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans are provided. • PARKING: Limited to 3 vehicles per HOA. Vehicles must display a parking pass and move every 24 hours when snow exists. • DISCLOSURES: \*Exterior security camera at entry. \*Wildlife in area. It is possible to have bears, coyotes, raccoons on property and at times, mice or even bats found in homes in the area. This Kingswood Village condo comfortably sleeps 6 with its 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa plus 1.75 bathrooms. Owner has recently renovated both bathrooms, converted loft into entertaining area, purchased new furniture and installed new flooring. Home also features internet access, upgraded basic cable, flat screen TV, newer kitchen appliances, and two decks; one with an electric grill. The entry level houses two bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo and the laundry area. The first bedroom is nice and bright with two twin beds and a large mirrored closet. At the far end is the primary bedroom which has an adjustable King Sleep Number bed, flat screen TV with cable service, as well as a seating area on the private deck. The main level features a recently painted kitchen with a breakfast bar, which really brightens the space. The living room has also been upgraded and now houses a new sleeper sofa, large-mounted TV with Streaming capabilities, and a stone fireplace. New flooring flows throughout the living area into the dining area, which has seating for 6\. Additional dining and an electric grill can be found on the patio by using the slider doors. A beautiful new vanity has been installed in the first section of the 3/4 bathroom. The third level of this condo has been transformed into a bonus gathering space. There are two comfy chairs in the loft sitting area to share a good conversation or read a good book. There's also a card table to play one of the many board games provided. We hope you enjoy all the upgrades we've made to our beloved "Happy Haven"! HOA Community features pool, kiddie pool, sauna and tennis courts in summer and a year round exercise facility. Just 1 mile to downtown Kings Beach or 5 miles to Northstar California.
