End unit Townhouse with Lake Tahoe literally outside the backdoor

Beautiful 3 bd townhouse that sits on the lake shore. Fully equipped kitchen, family room has large sofa, love seat and chair with fireplace. There is a good sized dining table and chairs also.
Backside is largely windows to give open view of the lake, surrounding mountains and beautiful skies. Soak in the jetted bath while viewing the lake! There is no better location, on the lake, close to Safeway, restaurants, etc.
Kings Beach has plenty of ski resorts nearby: Northstar, Palisades/Alpine, Mt Rose, etc. Incline is 20 min drive if you like to gamble.
No pets allowed in this timeshare unit and there is a large fine if violated which will be paid by guest.
This townhouse in Sweetbriar is part of the Edgelake Beach club, unlike other Sweetbriar units. Edgelake amenities like hot tub and gym are about 1/2 mile away. It is also where check-in/check-out occurs.
There is a one car garage but it is tight! A Toyota Sienna van just fits.
All 3 bedrooms are on the second floor. They are not handicap accessible. Master bedroom has a sliding door and deck that overlooks the lake.It has the jetted bath, separate shower and walk-in closet.
2nd bd has a queen bed and 3rd bd has two twins. A second full bathroom is also upstairs. Downstairs the sofa in the living area is a queen sofabed. The downstairs bathroom is only sink and toilet.

I never rent my week out but I can't make it this year and can't see it going unoccupied for a beautiful spring week. The dates are firm as it is a timeshare booked week.
