    New remodeled with beautiful countertops and updated bathrooms. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, this welcoming retreat features two comfortable bedrooms with queen beds, along with additional sleeping accommodations to comfortably host your group. Two full bathrooms and an in-home washer and dryer provide the convenience of home throughout your stay.



    After a day of exploring, settle into the cozy living room with hardwood floors, comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a wood-burning fireplace that creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxing evenings. Large windows fill the space with natural light while the peaceful creek outside adds to the home's tranquil mountain setting.



    The fully equipped galley kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, whether you're fueling up for a day of adventure or enjoying a quiet dinner at home. Step outside to your private deck, fire up the electric grill, and enjoy outdoor dining surrounded by the sights and sounds of the forest.

Nice place

We had a very nice stay at this property. The listing calls it “elegant”… I wouldn’t really use that word to describe it… “cozy” seems a better fit. It has a very comfy cabin feel to it. Cute decor with vintage skis, sled, etc. Loved the 2 balconies that overlooked wooded area. My teenager loved the little room that had a small couch and tv. Located in good area… very close to Kings Beach, where there is grocery store and places to eat. Also, good location for skiing at Northstar. We actually skied at Palisades during our stay, but even that resort is not too far away.

Lovely home in a great location.

We were very pleased with this condo in Kingswood. Location is good, just a short drive from Kings Beach and a 24-hour Safeway. The pool is lovely too. Rooms are comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Fourth of July week

My family stayed the week of the Fourth of July and it was great! We came from Reno so it was a short trip but SO worth it! The condo is just as described, lovely, quiet and the perfect spot for us to relax on a busy holiday week in Tahoe. Highly recommend this place!
