Extremely disappointed in the Days Inn. This is an older building that has had no upkeep. We search for and book non-smoking rooms due to allergies and although the description said non-smoking it definitely had been smoked in. Possibly not recently but for years prior and with no upkeep the smell is in everything. We walked out and asked if anything could be done and they said no. So, we left (with no refund) and stayed at the Holiday Inn next door which was great.

Needs maintenance and work, also there continental breakfast is a joke they didnt have anything left except juice boxes that tasted worse than the dollar store and coffee that they didn't have cream for, they mentioned they normally have fruit im assuming its what you would send to lunch for your kid to school, there has got to be a better place to stay

It was crowded, lots of construction & railroad equipment and vehicles. Fairly noisy all night with parties & drinking, the room was dirty with dirt on the floor & window sills, and the refrigerator was broken, and bed too frame hanging to floor. The shower was great but we left asap next morning.

It’s definitely on the shabbier side, but I was a solo female traveler and felt safe and comfortable. If you’re used to cheap budget traveling, this is more than fine. I didn’t walk around barefoot and there was an odd smell. But the sheets and towels were clean.

This room was filthy. It has not been given a good cleaning for years. Curtains were absolutely dissecting filthy and blinds were full of holes. Toilet paper holder full of rust. Trim had layers of dirt and grime. Lamp shades filthy brittle and stained. Did not want to touch anything light switches door handles etc. Shade people around lobby when checking in. Did not feel our vehicle was safe outside.

I know we arrived late due to the weather. It would have been nice if the maintenance informed the front office person that the room was not accessible. Two rooms were not accessible and it would take half an hour for maintenance to come and open the door. It was cold and late, having to make three trips to the front desk. It was nice that the staff to help to get us a room finally that opened. Then the curtains would not close all the way. I didn’t mean to complain just sharing my experience.
