With ample space to spread out and breathtaking mountain views from every room, this home offers both comfort and convenience. During the winter season, the free Sugarloaf shuttle stops right outside every 30 minutes, making getting around a breeze. Plus, you’re just a short walk to the West Mountain trail where you can ski down to the Bucksaw Express chairlift!

Featuring a well-equipped kitchen with two stoves, sinks, refrigerators, a wine cooler, mini-fridge, and wet bar, this home is perfect for après-ski gatherings. The expansive great room provides ample space for relaxation, and with an elevation of 2,210 feet, you’re at the 4th highest home on Sugarloaf Mountain. Enjoy stunning views of Mount Redington, North and South Crocker Mountains, and the Bigelow Range from the open-concept living room.

This home comfortably accommodates 16 guests in five bedrooms. On the west side, there are two en suite queen bedrooms. On the east side, there’s a bedroom with a double bed and a lofted twin bed, as well as a family-style bedroom ideal for parents with young children. This bedroom features a king bed and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and twin on the top. Above the garage, there’s an additional bedroom with two queen beds.

Please note that the owners may access the basement breakaway unit or garage during your stay. These areas are accessed externally and will not impact your privacy.
