I’ve stayed at my fair share of Motel 6’s, but the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of this hotel was unmatched compared to other properties I’ve stayed at. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Overall a very pleasant experience and will be staying here again when I am passing through Missouri.

I always stay here on my way south or going back north. The staff are nice and usually there aren't a lot of guests so it is quiet and restful.

There was no heat in the room. Staff was friendly about getting warm blankets and getting someone to fix it but it was 1 AM. There obviously was only a couple cars there so many other available rooms to offer. Also there was no soap in the bathroom and 2 small towels for 2 grown men.

Definitely not a place where I would ever want to stay again. Hallways smell like cigarettes, bunch of dirty towels are laying around right in the hallway by the elevator, rooms are not really clean, and no one cleans them or changes towels while your stay. Asked for someone to come to change the towels while we were out, came back to bunch of dirty towels and 2 clean ones laying on the countertop, no one ever bothered to take the dirty ones. Overall felt nasty when left this place.

Good and bad. At checkin we were the only ones there and waited for quite a while. Then we heard yelling in the back. F….F…F… Room was nice and clean. Great shower. No shampoo no hair dryer. TV sound was so low even at the highest setting

It was a good stay. Room was facing I-70 & was a bit noisy at bed time. Bath soap was the only thing offered in the bath room. No hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, lotion or coffee pot in room, but was clean & didn't smell of smoke. Would stay there again, but would ask for a room away from I-70.

Trued to check in at 5pm. My husband was informed that the room was not ready. After waiting 30 minutes he was finally able to get into the room. He sent oyr son to take a shower there was no soap and no towels available. He called the front desk and was told they were in the dryer. Finally at 10:30 p. He was provided towels for the room. Absolutely horrible. We booked this room over 2 months ago. No excuses for the room not to be ready.

The lady at check in was the only enjoyable part of our stay! She was fun, personable and smiling. The first thing was the doors to the room wouldn't open due to the door handle being broken. Then burn holes in sheets and comforters. Once we were sleeping the pillow we were using had somebodies nasal sleeping strip stuck to it and then the sheet had something brown on the corners. On both days the roaches that were on the floors in the shower and now in our suitcases were too numerous to count! We chose this location originally because of the indoor pool which was closed. Security was NOT a thing because both nights we walked up to outside doors that were opened. The man at the front was rude and gave us trouble when we asked for extra towels and we always had to search for him when we needed anything and acted as if we had disturbed whatever he was up to in the back room. We would have found a room elsewhere but due to MU homecoming no other rooms weee available. What a horrible experience. Wont be staying here again

Motel has a smell to the common areas (hallways) also no coffee makers in room and no shampoo just soap and toilet paper. No facial tissue. First room we were given was not cleaned. Beds unmade and dirty towels on floor of bathroom. Second room was very clean and beds were made.

This was the worst place that I have ever stayed. When you pull up the parking lot is dark. When I went to check in, the woman that checked me in was not friendly at all. When I walked in the room, the first thing that I noticed was the microwave was dusty and dirty AND there was one cup on top of the microwave. When I pulled the blanket back, the sheet was disgusting. There was stains all over the sheets. Discoloration and water marks on the sheets. When I pulled the sheets backed off of the bed, the mattress was stained. There was yellowing discoloration. The face towels were stained. The table was dirty, I had to wash it off. If I could give this place negative stars I would. When walking to my room, there was many doors open (like with the latch on the door). There was a lot of sketchy ppl upstairs and the front desk worker was upstairs with them. It was just an overall horrible experience. I will NEVER stay there again. If you are reading this and thinking of staying there. Please don’t. This was the worst

This hotel was filthy! I cannot believe that Motel 6 lets them use their name. It was a very dirty and unsafe environment. Hair all over the bed and the bathroom was not even cleaned. Hallways were even filthy.

Our room was dirty the trash cans were on the bathroom counter one bed had a pillow not on the bed there was poop in the toilet no towels no soap and no shampoo we asked for more towels got some but never got any shampoo. The pool was closed and gross. Pictures on the website showed a beautiful pool but this pool has not be opened for a long time. We was taking our 4 year old granddaughter to the pool and promised her to go swimming at a hotel. We bought 2 rooms. The second room had no towels no soap no shampoo they never did get any towels. The bathtub was dirty had to clean it before we could use it. We had family staying there and bought a total of 6 rooms and families staying there one family left and got another hotel room. No one at the front desk cared about our complaints or cared that the one family left

The facility is not new, but obvious measures are being taken to refurbish and remodel. Such as older carpeting being replaced with new, vinyl plank flooring. Floors needed to be swept, but was passable. Room had microwave and fridge but no coffee maker.

The bedding had many holes and stains. There was hair on our sheet and when we went to the front desk (because the phone didn't work) they guaranteed the sheets had been changed. There were spots of blood on the bathroom wall. They did come and clean it. One of the reasons we picked this place was the pool. It was half full of water and was green. It looked like it had been sitting for months with no maintenance. The door to the outside didn't close completely unless you pulled it shut. It was open every time we went in out. I had stayed here several yaers ago when it was new so I was expecting it to still be nice. They haven't kept up with the maintenancevey well.

I didn't like anything about the property. From the pool being closed even though the website says it has one. Having to switch rooms because in the first one the toilet wouldn't flush and the door to the hallway would not close. Then the guy behind the desk gave someone else a key to our room. When arriving we were told the pool wasn’t in service and it was nasty but advertised online to have a nice pool. When going to my room the door was propped open and the bed didn’t have a comforter and pillows were thrown in the middle of the bed. At check out no one was there and had to write a note with my key! I also called and no one would answer

This place is awful and gross. Everthing is unkept or broken. Sheets were disgusting. Hairdryer was missing. No bathroom fan. A/C was extremely noisy and underperformed. Ice makers did not work. I could go on. I would not recommend this place to a homeless person.
