"We attended a May wedding nearby so decided to rent via VRBO rather than the expensive hotel rates around college graduation time. Very pleasant stay in spite of being off season. Our dog played on the beach and in the water with the neighbors friendly young dog. Located alongside a brook which was peaceful as you can hear the water coming down to the bottom of the hill and into the lake. "This trip was planned as a girls getaway to surprise our daughter (who has three sons) coming up from Florida for a long weekend. We had such a fun time we decided to make it a yearly tradition. The house held all 8 of us comfortably, in a beautiful setting right on Seneca Lake, offering a beautiful display of Gods creation from either of the two decks. LOTS of laughter & love!"

"Stayed here with my mom and sister. It was clean, cute, comfy and a great place to chill with a breathtaking view of the lake. Not as steep of a walk to the water as many other rentals on the lake and not a ton of stairs either. It was chilly when we were there but the mini split and pellet stove kept us super cozy. The hot tub was great! Would love to come back and bring my kids sometime. One of the best rentals I have stayed at. A few restaurants, and wineries a short drive away but remote...

"We were the first guests of the season and our hosts were wonderful! The space is smallish and clean with a comfy bed and excellent a/c. It was just enough space for my husband and I. The apartment is right on the lake and has a fantastic view. Nothing is super close out there (as is the case with most of the Finger Lakes region), but there are some great restaurants in the nearby towns, beautiful state parks and tons of water activities. Highly recommend staying at Carmella and Rod's place!"
