This property was the worst that I have experienced by far. From the terrible customer service, to the dirty hotel room interiors, to even the devices not working, such as the television or phone. Booked this for a quick trip and couldn’t even make it to the next mornings check out. Beware, the images are false advertisement. This hotel will not take accountability for their inability to upkeep their spaces, so should things go wrong, Do not expect to be accommodated. Hopefully this review will help the next person, not experience what we did.

cockroaches in the HOTEL! DISGUSTING.
I don't think it will matter because Hotels.com will continue to support places like this. So long as they continue to pay Hotels.com, they will continue to promote dumps like this. Hotels like this should not be even in this platform 🙄. Nasty, uncomfortable beds. Nasty bathrooms. Nasty towels. DISGUSTING COCKROACHES ALL OVER THE ROOM!!!! YOU GUYS ARE SICK!

It’s a Motel 6, not a Hilton. The room is good for what you pay. Plus, it’s right next door to the CHP station. Conveniently located and the staff is nice. Can’t ask for much more than that. I would recommend and stay again.

Walls so thin I could hear the man in the next room snore all night. Very weak coffee was not ready until 6:30 when I was told it would be ready at 6am But the bed was comfortable.

Worst experience ever
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life, and I do a lot of traveling. Not only was the hotel extremely unprofessional, but so was Hotels.com. I’m extremely disappointed with both of them. Here is why… I booked a hotel or a motel because it was 12 AM and I wanted to rest When I got to the hotel, apparently the booking that I did it said... accessible that I know which I bet you many people that read this would know that I guess the word accessible now means handicap. The folks at the Motel 6 refused to give me the room because they said I wasn’t handicapped. And I said you’re right… So then I said we’ll just switch the room they said they couldn’t , then I spent an hour and a half on the phone with Hotels.com… Which, by the way is obviously located in somewhere in India no disrespect meant however… I spent an hour and a half and then at the end of it they basically said, unfortunately accessible means handicap and they won’t give you your refund and neither will we. I am fighting this because I believe that this is a misrepresentation. It is also not clear it didn’t have a logo with a handicap , or it didn’t say handicap accessible it just said accessible… Which is unacceptable. Sorry, Hotels.com and Motel 6. I won’t be coming your way anytime soon…

It’s a motel 6, you get what you pay for. It was clean, the water was warm and there’s a microwave and fridge. Can’t ask for more than that.

Sheets had been washed, but we're stained. Beds were old and worn. Looked like the room was a mix of old IKEA furniture and partially completed bathroom sets mixed together. Skipped taking a shower or attempting to get comfortable. Staff was very nice and the surrounding area seemed safe. It's about what you'd expect for a motel 6.

This was the most pricey Motel 6 we stayed in during our road trip (at least $50 more than the others). We booked a Deluxe room but was immediately disappointed that the lights did not turn on when we flipped the switch. Were they not to “keep the lights on”? The thermostat on the wall was broken. Shelving in the fridge was broken, the beddings were all wrinkly, bath towels have seen better days and felt like rags, the pool had dried leaves all over it, the wifi was spotty and kept kicking you out. When we ask the desk clerk for shampoo and conditioner, she said they do not provide them. If you plan to stay here, bring your own of everything (extra pillows, hair dryer would help). The office also reeks of some kind of spicy food. Speaking of food there’s a MacDonalds, Taco Bell and KFC within walking distance.

Just needed a quick overnight on our way up California - 2 rooms for our family of 6. Very convenient off the freeway. Squeaky clean, nice new wood-look flooring and comfortable beds. Lots of TV channels and AC worked well. Simple and affordable. My 22 yo daughter who has traveled all over was impressed with the quality for the price.

The man told me the pool was not working but I walked by and seen people swimming. A lady that I presume works here as well yelled at me when I was walking up with my bucket to get ice saying the ice machines. We’re broken but she was very aggressive
