The home was beautiful, the best view on the street! Gorgeous sunsets, plenty of space for family time and also very easy to find a quiet space for reading or writing. Finding what we were looking for was a breeze with all of the different options listed at this property. RentBranson made sure to keep us up to date with all the pertinent information needed as well as additional information such as free events or discounted tickets. Checking in, the duration of our stay, and our departure they kept in touch with reminders and general info through text messages which was convenient. We did have to reach out to customer service a couple times for personal matters during our stay and they were quick to address and resolve the issues we had. We are a group of 8 older friends, 3 couples and 2 singles. There was a room for everyone. The house is decorated beautifully. The lake view is amazing. We even saw an eagle flying by one morning. Everything clean and new. Rent Branson responded quickly to our several questions and extra needs. Kitchen well equipped for us to make breakfast and some special dinners. Few minutes over the bridge to a market and a yummy small bakery and coffee shop (get some scones for breakfast). On the quiet side of Table Rock lake. The views are wonderful, the two living areas allowed for the kids to occupy one while the adults occupied the other, and it was stocked with just about everything we needed for a weekend indoors. The only issue was how far away the dumpsters are (you have to drive your trash there) and how hard it was to initially find the home. The beds were very comfortable. The only reason I didn't give a "great" rating is that my whole family broke out in "hot tub rash" from bacteria in the hot tub. We were there for 6 nights and didn't have anyone service the hotel tub the entire time we were there. That is important to keep the chemicals in balance and prevent bacteria, and I would recommend that to the owners and property management company. I would certainly go back, but request hot tub service during our stay. The rash was very bad, and required everyone to see a dr and get multiple prescription meds. ##### Megan M. Just as pictured and described., actually even better! Lots of space for our family of 8\. The view from the living room and the balcony of this house was spectacular! We had two bald eagles that flew back and forth right by the deck every morning. Absolutely amazing! We spent a lot of time out on the deck. The sunset view was just so incredibly beautiful. Hot tub was super clean. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we expected. Solid furniture and comfy beds. Pillows were super fluffy, so if you like a flatter pillow, bring your own (I ended up using a couch throw pillow). Kitchen had so many cooking utensils, pans, etc. one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever had, and we travel a lot! We rented a boat from Kimberling City, went to SDC and Dogwood Canyon, and enjoyed Top of the Rock. This was the best property we've ever rented with the most upscale furnishings and an amazing view of the water...it was like walking into the model home for this new development. Each bedroom is large with its own bathroom and a separate half bath on each floor. Each had a large internet connected TV for streaming with the exception of one of the children's bedrooms (which was fine for us). Each floor has a well appointed living room with a large TV and large sectional and additional seating. Because it is a new listing, everything is well appointed and working - they have all the cook and bakeware you'll need with more utensils than we have at home. They even had a crock pot and griddle available for use. The hot tub is brand new and therefore was the best performing hot tub of any rental we've ever had. The unit is directly across from the large playground which the children enjoyed, however we didn't investigate any of the other resort amenities. While in Branson we visited Silver Dollar City and made good use of the free ticket provided by the rental company, then enjoyed the Rick Thomas magic show much more than I expected - great humor and illusions - highly recommend if you're interested. We also rented a pontoon boat from Long Creek Marina which are all new boats and recommend that as well. Great Trip! ##### Samuel H. We had two families staying at Sunset Salut - it is gorgeous! We have been vacationing in the Kimberling City area for 20 years and this rental was the best one we’ve had. The location is top notch - grocery, restaurants, and marina very close by. We were there for the lake experience at Point 7\. Branson & Indian Point are an easy drive. The neighborhood amenities are great for kids - pools, basketball and pickleball. The neighborhood is rather steep but great for exercise! The views make the extra hike worth it! Parking was ample and location is handicap accessible. The home itself is brand new and beautifully decorated, has comfortable beds and furnishings - it had everything we could have needed. Not a detail was missed! The bottle of wine was a very nice gesture and made us feel right at home. They were well stocked with enough to get you started in your stay - trash bags, soap, etc. We were fortunate to have a slightly early check in and communication was flawless and easy with the management company. We had our own hot spot for Wi-Fi as Wi-Fi on site was having some issues but management was looking to get that resolved. It was nice to be a little unplugged! We had two families - 4 adults and 4 kids - We could have easily had another family join us. The space is well planned and the decks and hot tub gave us all plenty of room to enjoy the view! This house was perfect for our family! There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. And the view was breathtaking! We would happily rent this house again if we head back to Table Rock Lake as a family! The home is beautiful and the views are spectacular! The basketball court and pickleball court were an added bonus for our family. The pools were relaxing and we had the best time! We saw some amazing sunsets. The lower-level pool was very convenient and not busy at all. The parking was easy. The amenities were just right. We cooked dinner several nights and had everything we needed. The house was spacious and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The extra 1/2 beds are a bonus. The house was clean and well decorated. It's close to lake activities, shopping and restaurants.
