Newly constructed stand alone condo with view of the cove at Aunts Creek. 15 minutes away from grocery store and Kimberling Marina where we keep our boat. Clean nicely appointed contemporary unit. We had 10 people plus a baby with us for a lake weekend, there was plenty of room and had a great time. The kids enjoyed having their own room. The hosts were very responsive and provided timely responses to our questions and concerns. My daughter asked specifically what brand of conditioner was provided and the hosts graciously found out and let me know.The only callout is the number of spider webs found inside. The neighborhood is under construction, so the rating isn't impacted by it. We took care to shake everything out and check bedding just in case.
