This updated 3rd floor condo is located steps from the Main Run at the Kimberley Alpine Resort. It provides easy access to world-class golf courses, cross-country skiing and mountain biking. Please read the following carefully before booking. The unit can sleep up to six (6) guests \*if both sides are being used. Side A includes a queen bedroom, a full bathroom, a well-appointed kitchen with dishes and cookware, a living room with a TV and gas fireplace, and a private balcony with a BBQ. Side B is an adjoining lock-off hotel-style room that includes two queen beds, a TV and a second bathroom (these are locked off when two (2) guests book but unlocked when three plus (3+) guests book, at an additional fee automatically added by VRBO). The complex has a newly renovated pool (open May long weekend to September long weekend) and a year-round hot tub for hours of fun! The condo is right on the slope, a true ski in and ski out. It is quite spacious and very clean. It is very well equipped. Fantastic kitchenette suite with an adjoining suite to accommodate more guests with their own separate bath. You can't find anything more affordable than this gem. Each side has its own a/c unit, which is welcomed in the summer. Also welcomed is the underground access to the community pool/hot tub, which would be a great bonus in those winter months.
