Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Booked on Hotel.com for 2 days. But was denied entry by hotel staff as they did not have record of booking despite showing confirmation e-mail. Horrible experience as I had to look for other hotels at 3 am at night with family and kids.
