"Pleasant stay near to the facilities of Armagh city. Easy to walk to the city facilities. Travelled for a car show at the Palace; didn't use the hot tub but looked nice. Everything was clean and comfortable, property was quiet. Two parking spaces, one out the back. Next door neighbour was a lovely guy. Small issue with electric meter beeping was sorted out with Patrick quickly. Enjoyed it."

"I Booked to stay here last week. I was given directions to another unit in the worst part of Dungannon. as soon as I got in the suite smelled terrible and all the windows were open. I brought this to the owner's attention as soon as I arrived and let him know that this was not the unit I paid for sending him pictures and asking him what he thinks. he dodged my questions by stating that he'll have a cleaning women come to address the mess. I let him know that I was leaving due to the fact that I felt unsafe, did not agree with staying in an unsanitary suite I did not pay for. He took days to respond while I'm watching him read my messages the second I sent them. He gave me a partial refund and refused to pay the rest. Please DO NOT STAY IN ANY OF HIS PROPERTIES. You will be sent to a another you did not pay for. He has reviews on multiple sites by multiple people stating that he did the exact same thing to them. This was the worst experience I have ever had staying anywhere. Id give 0 stars as 1 is far too high. Save yourself the time and money and book elsewhere. "
