A couple of us tried it and was more of a bushwack. The place met the needs of our two families. We had a few power outages which is not the responsibility of the property manager and they tried to be helpful. The gas stove top allowed us to make pancakes and enjoyed the wood fireplace while the power was out. Prop manager was responsive to a few other of my requests. The unit was very clean and the kitchen fully stocked making it easy for us to cook our own meals. Although it can sleep 10 people, there are only enough dining chairs for 6 people. The bottom floor bathroom lights didn’t work. We assume there was a blown fuse because there’s an electric dry sauna adjacent to the bathroom. We were there for such a short time that we could deal with it and didn’t escalate the issue to the property manager. This property is also listed as ski in/out, but it’s more hike in/out. It’s an uphill hike to the connecting trail to the lift, and no one in my group could find the trail that is supposed to run behind the house after several attempts with cycling the sunrise lift, so we had to hike back to the house too. The sunrise village area has repeating building names, so we thought we found our building number only to realize it was a different address, which further added to the confusion of skiing back down to the property.
