The water is regularly tested and suitable for everyday household use (showers, washing, etc.); however, naturally occurring minerals in the local geology, including iron and manganese, may cause a metallic smell or discoloration and staining of fixtures. The rooms are comfy and the beds/couches are firm but pliant (no getting eaten by the cushions). The parking lot & nearby roads around this condo center are plowed often, but definitely recommend 4WD/AWD vehicles for ski season as we still slid on the icy coverings on the roads.
