"The Casino was lively, well run, lots of new updated machines. The only thing was at the weekend min bets were raised higher so you bet more. We walked away. The food in the venues is average but very over priced. Good service was had by the restaurant staff. The pool management was execptionally poor, the rules kept changing on us day by day but for locals it was ok. They were allowed to take in backpacks then we were not. The kids were allowed to run a muck, jumping off the high rocks onto my daughter, swearing, spitting, basically doing what they want while the parents were gambling. No control. The pool areas were full of bird poo, I asked for wipes to clean down the deck chairs and the attendant gave me a pack of wipes and made me clean the chairs myself. Shocking!! The beds in the rooms have no springs, they are soft and dont support of your body during the night. Im only 10.5 stone so not sure why the beds are so hollow. No replenishing of towels, coffee or beds made during a 4 day stay, not sure if thats the normal for this hotel. Its expensive for what it is. British people did not appear to ve welcomed. We wont be back! "

"Walked back and forth from the 4th floor to front desk 4 times because of key and door issues. Manager wouldnt change my room. Daughter and son in law was unable to check into room they used points to get. Because of a online booking issues. Even with corporate calling Hotel staff to OK the usage of points. Long story short i am out of $150 after being there for an hour and never seeing the inside the room. Left and went to Holiday in down the road. This place is a waste of money. "

"Good comfortable overnight stay. Lighting downstairs needs to be looked at. Most can lighting either needs lightbulbs replaced and/or can fixtures replaced. The lamp didn’t work either. Downstairs was very dark. Master bedroom tv would not connect to WIFI. "

"Very clean!!! Bathroom, room, beds. The beds are so comfortable!! Great night sleep! Location is close to what we travel for, making it the best bang for our buck! We stay 2-3 times a month and the staff is always friendly and helpful!"

"The room was clean and the staff was knowledgeable of the area. The air conditioning unit had many settings which was something you will not find at higher end hotels. And the settings made it to where we were able to get the temperature just right. "

"The room was ok, AC didn’t work that well, cleaning staff stayed slamming doors for hours every single day while they were cleaning rather than just propping them open. Got a surprise charge at the end of my stay and I can’t call the front desk because their number doesn’t work. Will never return."
