8.6/10 Excellent! (375 reviews)
The staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The central location is excellent but the area is extremely noisy, with loud music from nearby bars and large crowds outside the window. Earplugs were provided in the room, suggesting that noise is a recognised and ongoing issue. They were very effective, however. The room and bathroom are in need of renovation, with loose electrical sockets and tired furnishings.
Good air con in the room.
Overall, an average and noisy stay that felt overpriced for the standard of accommodation.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,001 reviews)
"Loved everything about this hotel. It was very convenient - A short drive to the Ring of Kerry and Killarney National Park, as well as pubs and shopping right out their front door. I would definitely stay here again."
