The Space: Welcome to Sea A Chance! A BRAND NEW POOL is being installed and will be ready for your 2026 OBX vacation! This lovely home is located ideally close to both the beach and downtown KDH shops, restaurants, and attractions! Start the day with a cup a coffee on the deck while you enjoy views of the water and the fresh salt air. Head to the beach (only a 5 min walk) and soak up the sun on the KDH sand. When you return home, the stocked kitchen is ready and waiting for the chef of your group to whip up a delicious meal for all. Afterwards, you can go downstairs and play a round of pool or pingpong, or hit the town and grab some ice cream and souvenirs!
