We were able to experience many of the local attractions due to being to centrally located in Kill Devil Hills. We watched dolphins from our balcony and prepared many delicious meals with scrumptious local seafood in our fine kitchen. This is a corner unit and as a result offers unbeatable ocean views from not only the balcony, but also from the living room, kitchen and bedrooms. The condo complex was only rebuilt a couple years ago and as a result everything is new and updated. The condo is nicely decorated and has a well-appointed kitchen. As it's on the top floor, the elevator was a huge help on check-in and check-out days. The covered parking spot under the building was also appreciated. The complex has a very nice, large pool and easy access to the beach. Love the corner unit and the view. The elevator was out of service when we arrived. Village Realty started calling about it immediately and they even sent someone to help my husband carry our luggage up the steps since I was not physically able. The air conditioner wasn't working later that night (turns out it was just a popped breaker) but they sent someone out that night to look at it.
