Between each guest stay our beach homes are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized & inspected. All of our in-house housekeepers are trained in our proprietary ‘Sparkling Clean’ cleaning process and as of 2025 every beach house contains at least one floor-cleaning Robot on-site. Our staff also includes a full-time licensed Builder, so if an unlikely maintenance issue does occur, you can feel confident it will be fixed fast! As further commitment to delivering an exceptional stay a ‘Quality Assurance Inspection’ occurs prior to arrival. Pet Friendly Guidelines: We love dogs and are happy to have your four-legged family members join you. Due to additional detailed cleaning required following a pet stay we do request a fee of $25 per night. Please note: • One dog max • Some breeds may not be permitted due to insurance restrictions • This fee does not include excessive pet hair removal, stain removal on fabrics or droppings pick-up Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and property. The house came with bikes, kayak, sand toys, and sand wheelbarrow for carrying items on & off beach. You good see ocean views from multiple decks on the house. The property was a little pricier than we had initially wanted to spend, but after staying there we have no regrets! The location was perfect, as we were meeting up with extended family staying just a street away. The house has super convenient walking access to the beach, great open living space for large meal gatherings, lots of room for the family to spread out and have downtime. The indoor hammock was a fun touch. Outdoor shower was awesome (also private and clean) and the fenced back yard was great for our dog to have some running room. Everything was very neat and clean. Lots of helpful guides and communication from the owners. Thoughtful things like built-in baby gates on both upper levels, washer & dryer near the middle bedrooms, helpful extras like bikes, beach wagon for toting gear back and forth, beach chairs, etc. My only two notes would be 1) if you’re going to cook meals from scratch for large groups of people, you may need a few extra pots and pans or serving dishes. They had a nice large stock pot and all the basics, but if you’re serving more than 4-6 people, bring extra plates and silverware to supplement, and 2) the kitchen, master br, and main living area are on the top floor, so know that you’ll be doing a lot of stairs. The result is a great view from the top, though! We had a wonderful week and made lots of good memories with family! ##### Christy C.
