Check out this 3-Bedroom Oceanfront condo at the well desired Golden Strand community in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. When you are at Golden Strand, you will feel like you are in paradise. Imagine waking up in the morning and standing on your balcony watching the waves crash on the beach, smelling the ocean air. All condos have oceanfront beach access. If the pool is more your preference, enjoy TWO outdoor community pools at the complex. There is also a playground for the kids in the family. For added convenience there is an elevator on the premises. This is the perfect vacation rental to make many memories with your friends and/or family. Being located at milepost 7.5, if you feel like leaving your slice of heaven, you are close to pretty much anything you need to include restaurants, shopping, and activities. In fact, right across the street is the popular Goombay's Grill and Raw Bar. The Wright Brothers Memorial is really close and a little further south you will come to Jockey's Ridge. This one level oceanfront condo features a living room, kitchen, dining area, a Queen En Suite and 2 bedrooms with 2-Twin Beds with a Full Bathroom next to it. There are two parking spaces for guests. Guests can enjoy the use of the OBX Sports Club with presentation of dated parking pass. \*\*Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Beautiful views and literal steps from the beach. The listing showed three bedrooms and pictures of two rooms with (2) twin beds (so 4 twin beds total) but the place had 2 twin beds in one room, then the other two bedrooms had queen sized beds—which seemed sort of small for a queen, but maybe that’s just me. The listing also said two pools, there is one large pool and a very small kid pool in the same area. That worked fine for us, but I felt it was misleading. Only one day the pool was so busy we didn’t have chairs to sit in. The place was clean and while a little dated, comfortable. The A/C was on upon arrival and worked great. My kids wished the TV was smart for access to streaming, it did have cable. The evaluator was far from the unit and not easy to find upon arrival. We walked up and down the stairs to the second floor every time we were coming and going. The access to Outer Banks Health Club was a great benefit. We showed our parking pass at the gym and worked out four days. The staff there made it easy and the facilities were nice and updated.
