Bed Sizes: 1 King, 2 Twin, 1 Trundle, 1 Sleep Sofa Located in the brand new Ocean Breeze community, Waves is a semi-oceanfront townhome that offers the perfect coastal getaway and is just a quick walk to the beach. Situated in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, you'll never be far from it all. Close to shopping, restaurants and attractions, there is something for everyone to enjoy while vising the OBX. Newly constructed in 2024, Waves offers all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation to the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, making it easy to prepare meals for the group. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, or take them outside to the private balcony and dine al fresco while enjoying the ocean breeze. You'll also find two well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds along with a trundle, making Waves perfect for families or couples traveling together. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount.
