Week 30 July 26 - Aug 2 2026 For additional reviews see the other listings I have for other units at this property: VRBO 1053656 and VRBO 1392971 This updated OCEANFRONT 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom/sleeps 6 condo is at the Outer Banks Beach Club oceanfront family resort in Kill Devil Hills at milepost 9 centrally located on the Beach Road. (aka Va Dare Trail or Route 12). Unit has 2 decks, front one faces the ocean and the rear one the pool. Great location to be inbetween those! Condo has direct ocean access to a wide, lifeguarded beach. 2 bedroom unit sleeps 6 - king in master bedroom, 2 twins in bedroom #2, and pullout queen sleeper sofa. All linens are provided and beds are made up for your arrival. A private en suite Master Bathroom has a jetted whirlpool bathtub/shower combination and a 2nd hall bathroom has a shower with a seat. All towels are provided, including beach/pool towels. Kitchen has starter dishwashing supplies. There is a midweek towel exchange and the washers and dryers are complimentary. Fully equipped kitchen has 2 dining tables, plus an additional counter with stools which is laptop friendly - a great work area (if you must). And the round table is nice for cards, games or puzzles. Or eat at the table on the front deck, or the picnic tables located near the charcoal and gas grills. Can walk to b/l/d restaurants and nightlife music, and even to get pizza or ice cream! An oceanside covered Pavilion with open sides has seating and picnic tables overlooking the beach and is a great spot for lunch or for those wanting to enjoy the ocean breezes and waves without the trek through the sand - especially nice for those with limited mobility. There are outdoor showers and each unit has a ground level locked storage area for your beach apparatus. The Beach Club has more amenities and activities than any other OBX property! \-3 pools (2 outdoors and an indoor heated pool great for rainy days), separate baby pools and several spas (jacuzzis) both indoors and outside for a bubbling soak. \-Full time Activities Director for pool and lawn games, activities and contests, different crafts for all ages, beach yoga, pool aquatics, live music, Bingo, informational talks and more - FUN FOR ALL AGES! \-Tennis/pickleball court, basketball and volleyball, shuffleboard, table tennis (ping pong), cornhole, fenced in playground for the young ones complete with a pirate ship, and a Clubhouse with free DVDs, games and puzzles to play there or take back to the condo. Free and fast WIFI throughout the property and ‘smart’ TVs. \-Free golf passes for nearby Seascape Golf Course in Kitty Hawk and only have to pay the $20 cart fee. \-Free YMCA passes for a fitness center with state of the art exercise and cardio machines, fitness classes (try something new?), skatepark, steam, sauna, and a lap pool - and they will even watch the kiddos while you work out. Is there anything missing? I don't think so! The Office is on the property and open 7 days a week. Checkin is available 24 hours a day. The Staff are all year round locals and provide excellent information for everything you need to know and want to do to enjoy your stay at this wonderful vacation paradise. Easy access to beach and pools! This property was perfect for us! My family of 6 stayed the week and we all really enjoyed ourselves! That’s an accomplishment to keep both the 15 year old and 6 year old happy at the same time! The beach was easily accessible and chairs and rentals where available for rental right there! The pools where warm and clean and one of them even had a snack shop at it. The property itself was clean and very comfortable and efficient! The sunrises where beautiful! The pool was oversized and not crowded. The starter supplies for the kitchen and bathroom were good. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything you will need. Loved that the towels and linens were included. They have a towel exchange in the middle of the week. Which was great not having to wash any towels.Are family of 4 (which includes 2 teenagers) had a great time. The pools where clean and where surprisingly never crowded. The hot tubs where an extra bonus. Overall was a great time could not have asked more from the resort. Was really impressed. Would definitely stay here again. Was better then renting a house.
