306, "Cecelia By the Sea," has completed renovation as of mid-April, 2022! With an all-new interior featuring a brand new kitchen, new furniture, and family-painted décor, the owners of this home wish to provide each guest with a welcoming and comfortable stay!
Being located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, this Outer Banks Rental home is central to shopping, groceries, movie theater, Avalon Pier, a short walk to the beach, Wright Brothers Memorial, restaurants, and so much more!
With three bedrooms and an extra bonus room, your family will have plenty of options for sleeping arrangements, and the owners of this beautiful OBX Rental Home provided the largest sleeping arrangements that would fit! The King Master Bedroom features its own private bathroom, while the bunk room offers two double beds with access to a hallway bathroom, shared by the neighboring queen room. There is also extra bedding provided in the bonus room, featuring a twin daybed, work-desk station, and its own private entranceway!
When not spending time at the beach and getting involved in local activites, you family will enjoy relaxing in the spacious great room with a sectional sofa, and even bean bags for the kids to relax in! You'll also have access to amenities like high-speed WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room with an extra refrigerator, large deck with built-in seating, carport, and so much more!

Overall the location was the best, close to shopping, dining, pier, and beach. Master bedroom was small, not much room to move around. Living/dining area was roomy for are group of 4 and a 1 year old. Kitchen stocked with plenty of cooking and dining supplies.
The property is clean and spacious for two families. It doesn't have a dishwasher which is a bit disappointing also don't see a washer and dryer as well. The location is perfect and close to all attractions. As advertised, you need to bring your own linens and soaps etc. The labels are well arranged. Overall, good place to stay with reasonable price for the amenities provided.
My husband and I had a wonderful week here. We come to the banks once a year. This home is in a wonderful location. The home was clean had a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, clean bathrooms and bedrooms.
Very close to the beach which was nice having 4 kids 6 and under. I would suggest they're being some kind of child lock on the knife drawer as it's very low. My only complaint would be that the comforters and pillows and throw blankets also horrendous. Like dirty body oil. We also had an issue with the washer not filling up completely unless it was on deep fill, deep wash. Once changing the setting we are fine! Other than the smell of the linens the house was very clean and well equipped!
