This stunning, pet-friendly 7-bedroom Semi-Oceanfront property features pet-friendly amenities, a private heated pool, hot tub, game room, elevator, and more! You will be amazed at the beauty of this home. With easy access to the awesome Outer Banks beaches, you are sure to never want to leave! Sit on the deck and stare out at the water for a truly relaxing experience. Upon entry, walk straight through the First Level until you come to the wet bar and ice maker right near the doors from the pool area. The expansive backyard includes a pool, hot tub, ping pong table, picnic tables, and a half bath with an adjacent outdoor shower. What is more amazing than using an outdoor shower to clean the sand off of your body after a fun-filled day at the beach? There is also a propane grill for the grill masters in your group! The second level includes five En Suites, each with a private bath. Three of the King bedrooms have ocean views and deck access. There is also an En Suite with Two Bunk Beds. Step out onto the covered balcony to enjoy views of the ocean. There is also a quaint sitting area and a laundry closet on this level. The next level up is sure to please everyone in the group. You will find the great room, which has a seasonal fireplace, flat screen TV, and sliding door access to the covered deck with ocean views. The kitchen features two side-by-side stainless steel refrigerators and two dishwashers as well as an expansive island with bar seating. There is plenty of seating at the dining table. This level includes a King En Suite with ocean views (and a private bath) and a two Queen bed En Suite. Want to stay inside and have some fun? Venture up to the fourth level to a pool table, arcade, wet bar, and media area with comfortable furniture along with large tv. Please note that the elevator does not go to this level. Lotus House is sure to delight! With its light decor and modernized furniture as well as many options for places to enjoy oneself, your vacation at Lotus House will be nothing but fantastic. This home is also right in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. Venture out to take a trip to the Wright Brothers Memorial, the local restaurants and hangouts that are close by, or maybe go to some of the stores nearby. \*\*Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. For now This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay. Note: for bookings made between now and February 28th, this fee is waived at this home! This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.\*\* \*\*Private heated pool will open on March 29th and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open all year. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.\*\* There are 6 parking spots for guests. Lotus House is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! You can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. The pet fee of $185 is waived for this property. The check in process and communication with the property manager was great. Our only complaint would be that the A/C was not working in the top floor so we were not able to utilize the pool table/gaming area. The couch smelled like a dog. Most of the shower and soap dispensers were empty. There were several broken things and missing trim pieces. propane tank on the grill was empty when we went to use it. We had a really nice time, there was plenty of space for everyone. Communication was fairly easy. When we got there there were piles of bags with linens sitting outside our place. I texted about it and they said they would come get it (they never did). They only have 2 trash cans and those were both half full when we got there so we had no space by the time we left in the trash cans. I would recommend getting more trash bins or making sure they are empty when people get there. Those 2 things were not a big deal. House was plenty big with a great floor plan that accommodated our large family well, however the property management company was AWFUL and is the sole reason for the bad review. The house was filthy upon arrival. It was obvious that the floors had not been mopped in a very long time. No hand soap in several of the bathroom dispensers. Some of the bathrooms didn’t even come with toilet paper. There was trash left in the outside bathroom, the backyard had trash all over. The grill area had old food on the ground and was absolutely filthy. The ice maker provided did not work from day one. We called several times for them to come out to fix and were told they would have someone out to fix it quickly and assured it would be done with plenty of time left in our vacation. (Did not fix until the night before we left). None of the exterior lights worked. It was pitch black in the backyard and in the front parking area which made loading and unloading our vehicles very difficult. Called KEES regarding this and nothing was done about it. The location of this house is perfect, it was plenty big and spacious for our family and it has all the potential to be a great vacation house just not with KEES as the management company! ##### Brooke H. House in great location if you like activities and easy store access. Love that all bedrooms have their own bathroom.
