We have stayed in a few places and this by far is the cleanest and well stocked property yet! Anything you need for your stay they have it and more! Communication is wonderful! And the location is the best part! The road is alittle busier than the rest of the side roads. But still way worth it for the location. The walk to the beach isn’t bad at all! Two bedrooms on the main floor for my kids, and a room upstairs with a beautiful balcony for my wife and I. The location was extremely close to the beach, and the beach access was a ramp which made it even easier with the kids in a wagon. Plus there were several excellent restaurants within walking distance (Noosa Beach Grill, Kill Devil Grill, Swells'a brewin, etc) Katy was always available if we needed her, but everything was set up so well that we didn't have to reach out at all. Easy walk to the beach and ice cream. Short drive to groceries at Harris Teeter and lots of restaurants. Only ding I give the neighborhood is more than expected traffic on 8th Ave and people tended to drive too fast. House was great…clean and neat with everything we needed for the whole family. Space, linens, kitchen items, grill, outdoor shower and beach equipment. ROKU was hard for us to figure out but we’re not ROKU users. Teenage boys got it worked out.
