Very modern with new flooring, cabinets, etc. They even gave complementary dish soap, sponge, paper towels, and extra trash bags. The towels and washcloths did leave much to be desired though, as they were very rough. The location was great for the price. It definitely isn’t oceanfront, but is just down the road from countless restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. Very well worth the price paid! My only true complaints were that the floors were very sandy/dirty when we arrived and it was unclear which door to go into. The bottom floor had a locked door with shoes, a shoe rack, and toys outside, so it looked like someone lived there or I was at the wrong place. The unit itself is upstairs, but it wasn’t clearly stated anywhere in the check-in instructions/emails that the rental was the upstairs portion only. Once I figured out where to go, check-in was a breeze and I didn’t see anyone on the property the whole time we were there. I would love to bring my family back! ##### Jessica Y. It easily fit our family and was fairly toddler friendly. Lots of kitchen tools and appliances to use, and an huge bonus for us was the baby/toddler utensils/plates! Our only complaint was that the floors were very sandy and dirty to the point where we needed shoes on the entire time. Also, be careful with the beach access that they advertise to go to. Very limited parking, and don’t even attempt to park if you don’t have 4-wheel drive. As soon as you enter the house it looks like what you expect at a beach house. The house was clean and well equipped. We didn’t realize there was a gas grill for our use so you may want to update your listing. The beach was a quick ride by car and we appreciated the owner’s note on where to park.
