The condo isn't brand new, it's older but still in good condition. The balcony is amazing and great beach access. Even with the windows closed, you can still hear the waves. The only issues we had were the elevator and the washing machines. The elevator worked some of the time and was often very slow. We were given 6 sets of towels and washcloths when arriving. We had 5 people in our party. Therefore, after showering one time we were required to do laundry every day of our stay to have clean washcloths and towels because each additional set was 7 a bundle.
