It is a pet friendly location and the small yard in the back was great for the dog to roam. Location was nice to walk to the beach. The new carpeting was a nice surprise and the ample amount of pots and pans were great. The only minor issues were the master bathroom was very small, shower heads were not very powerful, the front door locking mechanism didn't work all the time and the TV's didn't work well all the time with bad connections.
