We enjoyed the open floor plan and the hot tub in the evenings watching sunsets. Place is located in a very quiet area that had a walking path right outside our doorstep to walk. You can watch amazing sunsets from the deck, in the hot tub or on the dock over the water. The house is small but exactly what we needed. If you know anything about water pressure in this area you know that good water pressure is hard to find and this place had great water pressure. It’s in a good neighborhood filled with mostly locals who were the nicest people I’ve met. There were only a few things that need some work which was brought to the Realtors attention. They were wonderful about the feedback and had the answers I was looking for. Overall it’s a good house in a great location not far from all of the attractions in Nags Head and Kill Devil Hills. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet place with those perfect views. ##### Nessa B.
