After several visits to OBX, we finally found the perfect place for us to stay when we’re there! Fabulous views from the windows & deck, very clean & well maintained inside the condo as well as the entire building, a very short walk to the beach, & a central location to all of the fun activities in the area as well as grocery stores & shops. Inside the condo, it’s very quiet & insulated well from other units, the mattresses were clean & VERY comfortable, & the other furniture was lovely & comfy too. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils & appliances, & everything functioned well. I loved the deep sink. Bathrooms were lovely & clean as well. Just an all-around great experience! Keypad code didn't work, thankfully your after hours person called back. No email instructions about check-in were ever sent. Instead when I called looking for details (assuming a keypad code should be coming) was rudely told, "it's in your contact.".... yup. There it was. Go to an office that closes at 5pm. We ended up spending over an hour wiping everything down and vacuuming the floors. Crumbs and grease on the counter and dirt / other debris on the floor surfaces.
