Over the past two years, Mermaid’s Cove has received extensive upgrades, including a new full-size washer and dryer, mattresses, couches, light fixtures and ceiling fans. New for 2026 plush carpeting, plantation shutters, and a polywood high-top balcony table with chairs—all enhancing the fresh, coastal feel of the space.
