This spacious 4,056 sq ft private home boasts luxurious living spaces with a private elevator, a large deck and BBQ grill overlooking the fairways, a tranquil screened porch and a short bike ride to the beautiful beaches of Kiawah Island. If you’re searching for larger houses for rent, Kiawah Island, SC, this expansive home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests and offers multiple living spaces to gather and spread out in style and comfort.. The open living space has custom built-in cabinetry and opens to a screened porch and spacious grilling deck. The kitchen is updated, open and bright, leading to an adjacent casual dining space and sitting area beyond offering sweeping views of the Osprey Point Golf Course. An additional two bonus rooms and a master suite complete the first level. One bonus room has a table for cards and TV and connects to the downstairs master suite complete with a fireplace, floor to ceiling windows, and doors that open to the deck. The large master bathroom offers his and her sinks, custom cabinetry, Carrara marble countertops, and a walk-in glass shower. Another bonus living space offers a sectional couch and additional tv. The photos do not do it any justice. Everything was cleaned to the T. We literally thought we were stepping into a HGTV home. There was only one issue and that was the owner’s suite bathroom, the sink stopper would not come up to drain water. Particularly enjoyed the outside patio that was netted to keep the midges out.
