One of the daughters had a tennis tournament. This is walking distance to the courts. Also it's a great location to the Sanctuary if you want to venture down to rent bikes or grab some lunch there. Everything was in order for our arrival and Kiawah Exclusives was very easy to work with and communicated well. My only comment might be that the villa is well located for access to the tennis courts and getting around on the island. The most annoying thing was that the TV in the only bedroom that had a TV did not work at all. The "tech" who showed up to fix it said it needed to be replaced.
