Enjoy a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach from this relaxing oceanside Kiawah Island escape. The open plan living area is cute and cozy with comfy seating, a flat screen TV and a dining area to seat 4 guests. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless appliances and all you need for home cooked meals, with a pass through to the dining area for easy entertaining. The living area opens to a quaint outdoor deck with adirondack chairs, dune views and a staircase leading directly to beach access. This Kiawah Island oceanside villa comfortably accommodates 2 guests, ideal for a romantic escape to Kiawah. The newly updated bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV and access to the master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bath can also be accessed via the hall and offers a separate sink for guests. New updates to paint throughout, dining and living areas, and new furnishings will be completed 5/2022! Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean at Windswept Villas Kiawah tucked in an oceanside setting alongside Night Heron Park and The Sanctuary Hotel in East Beach Village. East Beach Village is the heart of Kiawah Island, anchored by the 21-acre Night Heron Park and legendary Sanctuary Hotel. East Beach offers the best of both worlds with easy access to Kiawah’s 10 miles of beautiful beaches and a central hub of activity for the whole family with a relaxed, social atmosphere. You’re within walking or biking distance to Kiawah Island’s top activities, attractions and easy grocery shopping at the Town Center Market. Enjoy family-friendly activities and island celebrations at Night Heron Park, shopping and dining at The Sanctuary Hotel, award-winning tennis at the Roy Barth Tennis Center, and world-class golf at Turtle Point Golf Course. A day trip to historic Charleston is a must during your stay on Kiawah Island, only a 40-minute scenic drive away from your Kiawah Exclusives vacation rental. Pool Access: Please note this property has NO resort pool access. Beach Access: Beach access is directly from the building at Boardwalk at 20 & 21. Please Note: The use of the fireplace is prohibited. Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets. Parking: There is parking for up to 2 cars. \*Construction is currently underway at Ocean Building 4\. Guests should expect periodic noise and construction activity through late March due to a stair tower replacement project. No access will be allowed to the rear sides of Ocean Buildings 3 and 4, including all rear boardwalks, unit walkway connectors, and rear stair access. During this time, Boardwalk 21, located between Ocean Buildings 3 and 4, will remain closed. Beach access will remain available via Boardwalks 20 and 22\. Work hours follow Kiawah regulations: Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No work is permitted on Sundays or Kiawah-recognized holidays. Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed.
