The open plan living area features plenty of comfy seating for all your guests with a flat screen TV for entertainment, a dining table for family meals and access to the tranquil furnished sunroom with a TV adding a second living area. The kitchen is fully-equipped with new stainless appliances and a sunny breakfast table. The sunroom opens to an outdoor deck for alfresco dining with woodland views. This woodland Night Heron Cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The master suite offers a king bed and a renovated ensuite bath with a walk-in glass shower. There is a furnished open deck directly off the master for morning coffee. On the other side of the cottage, a queen guest bedroom and another guest bedroom with 2 twins share a full bath with a shower and tub combination. The cottage has an outdoor shower and Tesla destination charger available for use. There is a gas grill under the cottage (please do not attempt to bring the grill up to deck level). These popular Kiawah rentals by owner are nestled in a grove of oaks adjacent to Kiawah Island’s Night Heron Park in East Beach Village. It was close to the beach and the basketball court that my boys enjoyed. The island itself is beautiful and biking around was great. The main complaints I had was that the cleaning company showed up at 4pm to clean the house and that was our check in time. I contacted Kiawah Exclusives about some sort of compensation for this and no one ever got back to me. I also wish there were blinds on the bathroom windows. ##### Stacy H.
