This serene home boasts 3,600 sq ft of exceptional living space, a screened porch and deck with tranquil marsh views and easy access, just a 6-7 minute walk, to Kiawah Island’s pristine beaches. Enter to the spacious living area that leads into the open dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed and upgraded with GE stainless appliances. The dining room offers seating for 8 and leads out to the screened porch. The living area offers comfortable furnishings and new large flat screen TV with floor to ceiling windows displaying gorgeous marsh views. There is a screened porch and furnished open deck with a gas grill for BBQs and alfresco dining overlooking the marsh. This spacious family vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. A powder room is also located on the first level to accommodate guests. To the left of the living area is a large bedroom overlooking the marsh with a queen bed, flat screen TV, large windows, private bath his and her vanities, walk-in shower and soaking tub, and access to the open deck. There are two guest rooms to the right of the living room with queen beds, flat screen TVs and private bathrooms with walk-in showers. Very comfortable gathering spaces for family and friends. Kitchen appliances were in good working order. Bedrooms offered private escapes and the two master suites were very large.
