We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was extremely clean, and our room was a good size with a lovely view overlooking the River Nile. The room was well maintained, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. Free WiFi, it worked very well in the main areas of the hotels but dropped out in our room on occasion. Lots of space in the bathroom for your toiletries, shower could have been a bit more powerful but ok. Bed and pillows were really comfortable.
We stayed on a half-board basis and were pleased with the food throughout our stay. The food was consistently good and we always found something we enjoyed.
A special mention should go to the restaurant staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. In particular both Ahmed and Amhed provided excellent service throughout our stay and helped make our dining experience even more enjoyable.
The swimming pool area was clean and well looked after, providing a relaxing place to unwind after sightseeing.
The area around the hotel was also very clean and felt safe to walk around.
The hotel’s location is excellent for exploring Luxor on foot. We were able to walk to Luxor Temple, the Mummification Museum, Luxor Museum, and even Karnak Temple, making it a great base for sightseeing.
Overall, this is a clean, comfortable hotel with good food, excellent service, and an ideal location. We would happily stay here again.

Sayed and his team did a great job. Followed through on everything. We arrived at the airport, had a driver/tour guide, went on a tour, then to boat, which was as advertised. There are a lot of boat options - so I just asked for photos of the exact boat which he sent, and it was exactly that. This was all arranged on short notice too. The tour guides were generally good and vehicles all great which was nice after coming from Cairo where a taxi/Uber quality is so poor.
I would recommend book and ask them to handle everything you need in Aswan to Luxor to have a great trip. A cruise is peaceful and a nice way to see the countryside. I only wish I had done a bit longer one as its a lot of temples to see in only 3 nights

"Rooms are outdated and very worn and old. The washrooms are quite filthy. Staff is not particularly trained well to greet and handle customers. It is by no way shape or form a 5 star hotel by how it operates, it reminds me more of a two or three star."
