Great hotel with spacious room and very welcoming and helpful staff. They will go out of their way to help you. the breakfast was delicous and offered in room service. The bar bar was well stocked and coffee is fresha nd tasty. Free fast internet and parking. Bonus English speaking staff.

Disappointing
There is a very cheap furniture and bad equipment at the bathroom, the toilet seat is in very bad condition and the sink and faucet are moving. Also there’s at the bathroom slippery floor and when it’s a little bit wet there is a danger of slipping. The breakfast is very poor, it seems like a child made it.

Expected and attained standards
I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions, in easy reach of the main areas, a quiet road, and all rooms on the ground floor. Reception and staff helpful and a made to order breakfast. This is an ideal hotel for a shirt break or taking someone special to Kharkiv.

Well worth the stay.
Just a wonderful hotel. The room was on the street level but very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The bathroom was lovely and immaculate. Robes, towels, bedding was fresh and plush. BREAKFAST, was a great list of items.... choose to your liking... tasty and served in your room.. this place was extremely pleasant.

It’s a cozy boutique hotel at the edge of a residential area but close to center of city (short taxi ride or 15-20 minute walk) and there are restaurants and shops and a lovely little Italian grocery and mini-cafe just down the street. I jogged every morning and it was a nice area, a small park nearby. When we arrived at the hotel we were a little skeptical of the location, but we found the hotel to be wonderful, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was adequate and comfortable, breakfast was brought to the room. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.

Great place
This is a great hotel. Very quiet neighborhood, but within easy walking distance of a lot of shops, and maybe a 15 minute walk from Freedom Square. The only tiny complaint I would have is that the hotel is directly below some apartments, and sometimes the kids upstairs would have episodes of running and yelling loudly, but even that was only during the day. Very good rates, too

This is one of the nicest hotels in Kharkiv. The rooms really BIG and the staff is really nice, especially Alissa. She helped with everything and made feel welcome. I will patronizing this hotel because of its friendly atmosphere.

Good for lone females and couples.
This is probably a comfortable hotel for a couple looking for privacy or women staying alone on a business trip. The lack of bar/restaurant means there’s nowhere to meet a client, but really wasn’t an issue for my trip. The room was spotlessly clean, and the reception staff friendly and polite. The WiFi was easy to connect to, no registration problems as there are with so many hotels. The only thing that let it down for me was the lack of vegan options for breakfast.

Absolutely amazing experience. Very nice staff, whom all spoke English, excellent service when I needed anything. Incredible breakfast served to the door. Very clean and cozy. I will stay here again, to me when staying in Kharkiv there is no better option!

Mirax Sapphire Boutique Hotel in Kharkov Wow what an expected surprise this hotel is From the outside you would never guess this to be hotel ( save a florescent sign over front door ) Walk inside and you immediately feel at home The whole hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated The rooms are clean and tidy and ultra modern A real surprise The staff are really friendly and most can speak English All of the staff are ready and willing to help you in anyway they can What a great hotel is I rate this hotel at 6 star without question I would stay there again without question my hotel of choice

Little Gem
This small but classy hotel was fab! Each room was individually designed each boasting loads of room, great décor and well maintained. Centrally located for a short walk into cafes, restaurants and local sights made it easy to get around. The receptionist was polite and helpful and spoke good English which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay-Thank you

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room could have been a little warmer. The coffee maker is a plus, along with the refrigerator. I love having breakfast brought to the room.

Hotel surprised me positively for the room size. I had lovely room with real KING SIZE bed. Bathroom and facilities around were clean. Tv and wi-fi worked without problems. Breakfast delivered to the room is the additional advantage.

Pros: Great price, cleanliness and new. Cons: Poor wifi reach. Some staff were not very friendly. Bed was very uncomfortable. Located in a quiet residential area but not very convenient. Not much amenities - no bar, no restaurant, no gym.

Excellent Hotel
My time at Mirax Sapphire was truly wonderful! Staff all very friendly, complimentary breakfast was very good and offered nice choices, and the room was quite comfortable! I definitely would recommend this Hotel as service was excellent, very helpful, and their English was very good! The price to service and room comfort was great, better than I expected!

The service was bar none. I did not need an upgrade, the room was perfect and the hotel well kept. It is not downtown which is good and had Sufficient parking but as I did not have a car, I needed a taxi regularly and they were prompt to do this for me. Nothing was too much. They helped me with a courier and printing and finding services etc, I was rather stressed because of something as I left Kyiv and they helped reverse it. The breakfast was varied and sufficient. I mixed it up from their choices each day. Always make sure you have your order in by 11 pm, although they will accommodate you but some things run out. My issues were beyond their control mostly. The internet was down once for five hours but it was not just the hotel. The next day was a very long blackout, again not just the hotel. The electronic doors still worked so that was good. My one issue was the safe was broken and it was late on Tuesday before it was fixed (I arrived on Saturday). How much was them and how much was it the locksmith had other things to do? Taras Schevchenko Gardens are a short walk South and the trolley to the train station has a stop about 5 minutes away. Probably a very pleasant area in the spring and summer. It was still beautiful in October.
