I was placed in a room where the heating was not working, and I believe the staff knew about it, as there was a portable heater in the room, but it was unable to maintain the room's temperature at all. I had to report to the front desk, so they offered me another room that I had to pack and move to. It was fine for the second night, and they agreed to credit me some money as compensation. I would rather not get compensated, but had a good experience to start with.

A fabulous hotel with lovely staff and great dining options. The rooms have very comfortable beds and pillows, and blockout curtains. It was quiet too! The health club had good equipment as well as the lap pool and hot tub. Perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The lobby has many seating areas and fireplaces perfect for a quiet spot for a drink and chat away from the busy bar.
