    Welcome to our beautifully renovated two-bedroom Cooloola Villa at Kingfisher Bay, nestled high in the treetops of World Heritage-listed K’gari (Fraser Island). This villa blends thoughtful, sustainable design with comfort and style. With high ceilings, natural airflow, ceiling fans, and reverse-cycle air conditioning, you'll enjoy year-round comfort.

    The villa includes a Queen sized bed in the master bedroom a Double and Single in the second bedroom—both appointed with quality bedding, ceiling fans, screened windows, built-in storage, and a quiet work nook. The resort-style bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. Enjoy meals in the dining room or outside on the private deck with its outdoor setting.

    As a guest of Villa 708, you’ll enjoy full access to all the Resort facilities, including four lagoon-style swimming pools (one heated), an outdoor spa, walking trails, and ranger-guided activities (some complimentary).
